The colonial era charm and the peaceful surroundings made our stay at Mayfair Tea Resort a delightful experience. The room rates were reasonable and the food was tasty. The service was good and the staff members were courteous. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the middle of a tea estate. The location was superb with breathtaking views of the mountains and tea gardens that surround the property. The breakfast and restaurant was exceptional with a variety of mouth-watering dishes to choose from. The antique artifacts and interior detailing were amazing.

We faced some difficulty getting transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel was also quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore outside of the tea estate.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities, including a top, notch Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool boasts sun loungers, umbrellas, and a garden area , perfect for relaxation. the outdoor BBQ facilities and picnic area provide a stunning location to enjoy meals in the open air, while the poolside snack bar serves delicious drinks and snacks. the beauty treatments and full, body massage at the spa lounge ensure ultimate relaxation.

The only minor issue I found was that the food was quite pricey. Nonetheless, the restaurant offers special diet menus and exquisite dishes, and they serve in, room breakfast and private facilities.

The staff members were courteous, and the breakfast was a delicious spread of various options.

Although the check-in process was initially confusing, it was resolved in the end.

the private pool and room amenities were exceptional. the staff provided top-notch service, fulfilling our every need. the location was also a plus, allowing us to explore the surrounding area with ease.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the menu. Although the food was delicious, the options were limited.

Celebrated Christmas at a hotel in the mountains. the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch after a long day of traveling. the location was picturesque, with stunning views of the tea gardens. the complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions was convenient.

The service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait an hour to check-in, even though we arrived at the designated time.
